01Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Each individual is only permitted to hold one pop999 account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — even using different names or information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of existing balances.

Pop999 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include your national ID, passport, a recent utility bill, or other documents proving your identity and address.

03User Account & Security Responsibilities

Once your pop999 account is successfully registered, you become the sole account holder and bear full responsibility for the account. This includes all activities carried out using your login credentials, regardless of whether performed by you or anyone else you have authorised.

As your responsibility as an account holder:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone

04Deposit & Withdrawal

• The outcome of all games is final and may not be contested unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure

• Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to the support team immediately
• The use of bots, automation software or any unauthorized third-party tools is strictly prohibited
• Pop999 reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through fraudulent means or system exploitation

For Live Casino games, the outcome determined by the dealer is final, subject to video recording review in the event of any dispute. Live Casino session recordings are retained by pop999 for a set period for dispute resolution purposes.

07Accepted and Prohibited Member Conduct

08Account Closure, Suspension and Deactivation

• Requests from relevant authorities
• Accounts inactive for the specified period

If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, pop999 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including cash and bonuses, without any compensation to the member concerned.

10Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the pop999 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface designs, text, software, source code, brand names and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of pop999 or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or exploit any pop999 content without prior written authorisation
• The brand name "pop999" and all associated trademarks are our exclusive property
• Game content is the property of the respective game providers and is subject to separate licences

11Amendments to Terms and Conditions
